Amanda has spent 13 years as a human resources professional, supporting operational business partners within a large Fortune 500 managed services company. She has focused on new business implementations in variety of industries to include food service, hospitality management, and facilities services within the higher education, corporate business operations, and correctional services spaces. Amanda has focused on building strong relationships with her operational partners, by leveraging her expertise in employment and labor relations, leadership development, performance management, and compliance initiatives across 23 states. Amanda is recognized by the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Amanda oversees Capstan’s compliance and people operations, acting as a business advisor for payroll and HR systems, safety and compliance initiatives, and all aspects of the employee life cycle. She brings a strategic, consultative approach to operations management and a service-based leadership model.
