Prior to joining Capstan, Noel worked with multiple businesses in administrative roles and office management roles. Noel is also a professional Ultimate Frisbee player who has competed at the highest level of the sport, playing in the National Club Championship Series multiple times. She has qualified for international tournaments and competed recently in Ireland and Colombia, South America placing 5th in the world. She has coached Vanderbilt Women’s Club team for 6 years and is president of the local non-profit frisbee organization, Nashville Ultimate Machine.
At Capstan, she manages the day-to-day administrative functions of three separate businesses and provides support to each member of the Capstan Team. Her strong work ethic and deep empathy for everyone with who she interacts fits perfectly with our goal of conducting business with respect and forethought.
