Ward has worked his entire career in restructuring and turnaround. During that time, he has supported a variety of high-profile projects including the refinancing and day-to-day financial operations of a large consumer and commercial kitchen appliance company, the sale of businesses in the restaurant and manufacturing space and providing litigation support to a variety of high-profile clients in healthcare.
At Capstan, Ward is responsible for a wide array of constructing, maintaining, and presenting financial and operational tracking tools for our fund and for our portfolio companies. He oversees the financial functions of our businesses at the highest level and brings a common sense understanding of fundamental business functions to every deal.
